Enema Kit

• Prepare: Fill the enema bag with warm, purified water or your enema solution of choice (e.g., filtered coffee or herbal blends). Ensure the clamp is closed.

• Position: Hang the bag around waist height (e.g., towel rail or doorknob) and lie on your left side with knees gently drawn in.

• Insert: Lubricate the tip and gently insert into the rectum. Open the clamp to allow fluid to flow slowly.

• Hold: Once complete, remove the nozzle and try to retain the liquid for a few minutes (up to 15), breathing deeply to help relax.

• Release: Use the toilet when ready.

• Clean: Rinse the kit thoroughly with warm, soapy water and allow to air dry.

When to Use:

• During fasting or cleansing protocols

• To relieve occasional bloating or constipation

• To support gut reset and overall wellbeing
