💩 WHAT TO EXPECT!
As you begin taking the Bowel Cleanse Binder, you may notice changes in what you pass — this is normal and often reassuring. Many people report that their stools can look thicker, darker or textured as the fibres in the blend expand and sweep through the bowels.
Stronger smells as things begin to shift — again, this is commonly reported and often the first sign people notice when older, denser material is being moved along.

How many times a day?
Twice a day (morning + midday, or morning + evening).

leave at least a 2 hour gap either side of the cleanse for heavier foods!

Take 5 times per day. (Leave 2 hour gaps between each serving)

Those experienced with fasting, detoxing and ready for deeper inner work.

🥄 HOW MUCH TO TAKE
Start with ½ teaspoon.
Each time you take it, afterwards if you feel okay (no boating and still pooping each day)👌Increase by another ½ teaspoon next time. This is the idea that you increase each time but listen to your body (making sure everything is still flowing is important 💩 🌊)
Generally people MAX OUT AT 10 TEASPOONS!

💧 HOW TO DRINK IT
Place your chosen amount of the blend into a glass.
Add enough water to cover and maybe a little more (you'll soon learn how much water you prefer to drink it with😛
Stir quickly (a fork works well) — it will thicken fast!
Drink immediately before it gels.
Follow with more water. To wash it down 👇
Optional additions:
Squeeze of lemon, A little juice (For taste)
Warm water if it feels comforting
Add your own natural sweetener if you need

Cleansing can bring sensations such as:

2. Hydrate (number 1 priority)
