  • Add the required amount to a glass, use approx 200ml warm or cold water and pour a little in first to make a paste, then add the rest of the water and mix (you can add a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup if you wish) if you don't like the taste you can add to a simple smoothie for example banana and water,  must drink straight away!

     

    Cleanse Options:

     

    There are various ways you can do the cleanse depending on your diet right now and your lifestyle but not every way is suitable for everyone. 

     

    • Start with 1 teaspoon daily (SLOWLY increase to 2 tablespoons over the weeks ahead) 

    • Take on an empty stomach and don't consume any other food for at least an hour after. For best results do the 1 month cleanse for 2 to 3 consecutive months, depending on the level of toxicity in your bowels. 

    • IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT to stay hydrated, drink at least 1 litre of water with the cleanse; 1 litre straight after and another pint within the hour. If you feel bloated or experience any discomfort drink more water and take less of the cleanse the next serving! 


     

    1 MONTH CLEANSE

    • Take each morning for a month keeping your diet the same

     

    1O DAYS RAW 

    • Only eat raw fruits and vegetables, no cooked foods
    • Take 2 servings daily 
    • 8am and 2pm

     

    7 DAYS FRUIT

    • Eat whole fruits and drink juices and smoothies 
    • Take 3 servings daily
    • 8am, 12pm, 4pm

     

    4 DAYS JUST JUICE 

    • Fruit and/or veg juices only
    • Take 5 servings each day every 2 hours, for example 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm

     

    4 DAYS JUST WATER
