Turkey Tail (Tincture Extract)
The dosage for each person can be different as we have different things going on, but as a ‘general maintenance’ dose, we recommend starting with 10 drops daily.
Add your drops to a glass of water (about a mouth full).
Pour everything into your mouth and hold under your tongue for around 30 seconds (this helps them absorb into your nerve endings) then swallow.
You could also add them to food and drinks (a good tip for kids or if they don't like the taste).
It's best to keep your bottles in the fridge or a cool dark place - it's important to keep them out of direct sunlight. SHAKE the bottle before use.
